In Z\u00fcmmer, activities\nare said to have &#8220;Progressed&#8221; when any the following events occur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; An Actual Start is achieved; <br>2)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;An Actual Finish is achieved;<br>3)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The Remaining duration of an \u2018In Progress\u2019 activity is reduced;<br>4)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The Remaining duration of an \u2018In Progress\u2019 activity remains the same and the Percent Complete is &nbsp;increased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is important to note that other sources, experts, or\norganizations may define \u201cProgress\u201d based on varying criteria, however, in\ngeneral, the above 4 conditions cover the vast share of events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Progress Data report does not include activities that\nare considered &#8220;non-progressive&#8221; revisions. In general, these\ninclude:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1) &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Added or Deleted Activities;<br>2) &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Changes to Original Duration without a reduction to Remaining Duration;<br>3) &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Increases to Remaining Durations;<br>4) &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Unchanged Remaining Duration without an increase to Percent Complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This report is particularly\nuseful in documenting the Progress Only activities when creating or\ninvestigating &#8220;Half Step&#8221; schedule updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Progress Data report combines the following Z\u00fcmmer:<br>\n[15] In-Progress Tasks With Reduced Remaining Duration<br>\n[31] Actualization Report (except for added activities)<br>\n[33] Increased Percent Complete (where the Modified Remaining Duration is\nequaled to or greater than the Control Remaining Duration). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the illustration below, activities shown are considered\n\u201cProgressed\u201d because:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Line Item #1: Activity\u2019s remaining duration decreased.<\/li><li>Line Item #2: Activity has completed.<\/li><li>Line Item #3: Activity has started.<\/li><li> Line Item #4: Activity\u2019s remaining duration has remained the same, yet the % Complete has increased. <\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"840\" height=\"327\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.foxquestsystems.net\/foxblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/T088-Progress-Data.jpg?resize=840%2C327\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1161\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.foxquestsystems.net\/foxblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/T088-Progress-Data.jpg?w=985&amp;ssl=1 985w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.foxquestsystems.net\/foxblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/T088-Progress-Data.jpg?resize=300%2C117&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.foxquestsystems.net\/foxblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/T088-Progress-Data.jpg?resize=768%2C299&amp;ssl=1 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 709px) 85vw, (max-width: 909px) 67vw, (max-width: 1362px) 62vw, 840px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Copyright \u00a92019 FoxQuest Systems, Inc. &#8211; All Rights Reserved<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Progress Data report is used to identify those activities that have &#8220;Progressed&#8221; in the \u201cModified\u201d Project when compared to the &#8220;Control&#8221; Project.
